The acronym has the Armys seven values of Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and in the flesh(predicate) Courage. These seven values I strongly agree are values that a leader has because Loyalty is a touching of commitment that a person has towards his or her country.



In the ground forces loyalty is an important value because if the enlisted man did not wangle for his country they would have no motivation to serve. Loyalty similarly means that you will not betray your country in any way and you must always stay adjust to your country. Duty is an act or action that is required by position, law, customs, or religion. In respect to the army, the soldier has an obligation to his unit, superior(p) to accept responsibility for their own actions.
